A marketing team comes to us with a brief that looks, on the surface, simple: a launch event in six weeks. They need invitations, a 16-page brochure, three pull-up banners, two hundred branded notebooks, a hundred polos for the front-of-house team, and a fulfilment plan for the press packs.
Handled by six different suppliers, that is six different quotes, six different artwork checks, six different delivery dates, and six different people to chase when something slips.
Handled by one, it is one proof round, one invoice, one lorry, and one person on the phone.
